Jason James Richter is an American actor who is best known for his role in the popular 1993 film "Free Willy". He played the lead role of Jesse in the film, which revolves around a young boy who develops a close bond with a captive killer whale and sets it free into the ocean. Richter reprised his role in two sequels, "Free Willy 2: The Adventure Home" and "Free Willy 3: The Rescue".
